A great photograph is one that fully expresses what one feels, in the deepest sense, about what is being photographed. " ansel adems
Hello Khalsa Thank you for all your kindness ; im so glad you find my work interesting; i just check your gallery a moment ago, its beautiful, full of textures and have a great composition, you are very talented indeed. Ahhh...La Catrina...well, the exact translation for that would be "the fancy woman" but is not what really means for the tradition; La Catrina is the human representation of death in a female form, she aquire all the attributes and deffects of human beigns for one day...el dia de los muertos, the day of the dead; in that day La Catrina, la muerte (death) allow the spirits of the dead to join humans in a celebration where games, food, jokes, music and other "living" pleasures flood the ambience but...she likes to be included, so..that day the death, La Catrina, is a guest among the living and she really enjoy party with them; the relationship of Mexicans with death (La Catrina) is a strange one...a kind of friendship in a way ; i think basically that answer your question but feel free to ask anything you want Khalsa, ahhh...by the way...my name is Luis, nice to meet you!
